SG-1 head to Madrona where the inhabitants are *so* over dancing in the rain. They want their Touchstone - which isn't a debauched as it sounds... Back on Earth the weather is even more hinky and our heroes head to Area 51 to look for a doohickey in a haystack. Instead they find a big ol' plastic Stargate and a douchey Colonel all tied together in an evil bow. SG-1 use the gate to find the other gate and everyone has a fine summer's day...
