Yes, indeedy, Mr. Shanks deserved an Emmy nod for his Victor. We, the SG-1 fans, knew he was capable of such work and, while it was great that other folks got to see it too, I wish there'd been some acknowledgement. MS made it onto the preliminary Emmy ballot. But no further. ::::sighs::::
