It's My Sidearm... I Swear...

Daniel and Teal'c attempt to fly through the gate just for something new. Unfortunately it does not go to plan as Shanks doesn't get his wings for another 12 years... The gate ramp is happy to meet them, knocking Daniel out completely because he's been walking all over it for some time now. Meanwhile Jack and Sam awake in a winter wonderland after also attempting a quick flight and Jack wins the whumpage contest between the 4. Jack regales Sam with old war stories and the head injuries sure do explain a lot... while she tends to his broken leg. Put a little ice on it, it'll be fine... Daniel tries to think thinky things with a banged up head, rattling off tidbits about jumping gates and dialling phones before figuring out Jack and Sam aren't far at all. Jack and Sam sans snuggies brave the cold after Sam pops up to the surface for a breather, and are rescued after Daniel feels the Earth move under his feet...
