Jonas shows up with his doofy Bieber do because his planet is going to explode a little. Sam and Teal'c head off to Kelowna or whatever to help Jonas and his suspiciously look-alike girlfriend to drive the SS Compensation down into the core to... something or other, so the planet doesn't explode, because aparently that would be quite bad. Meanwhile, Jack and Daniel play diplomat with Kelowna et al's leaders who hold the same level of maturity that earth politicians do, go figure...
