SG-1 are off searching for sexy amazon jaffa warriors again, when they find themselves in a fire fight and Cam is down for the count. The Sodan snap him up, leaving their own man behind. Cam is nursed back to health and taught how to fight Sodan style with tiny staff weapons (it's how you use it, babe) and many other kiling paraphernalia - qualta blades, bat'leths, medieval swords, etc. Meanwhile Sam tries to figure out an ancient device, Teal'c interogates the prisoner, and Daniel is just plain useless!
