Jack and Daniel come back from the imaginary future to join a cult, get kidnapped by aliens, and indulge in satanic juju. Daniel has a field day hallucinating Jack a number of times, with none too subtle innuendo present, oh my. They also serve some time, some shade~~s of grey~~, and some pie. Daniel dreams, Jack memes, and they gain an alien following who want to be just like them! Finally, Jack pretends to go dark side, so he's not allowed to see Daniel's scar.. but he saves the world again, so maybe next season!

God bets Satan that she can slaughter Job's kids and... kids, and that he will still be sweet on her, because she invented coercive control, eh? Crowley however is all "Hide yo kids" and shows Aziraphale that there are all these shades of grey... Meanwhile in the present... ~~meanwhile?~~ our boys go to the pub, and Aziraphale is roped into hosting a shindig to which he agrees, because Jane Austin had balls. Back in the past, Bildad the Shuhite makes a grand entrance, and is immediately tasked with assisting in the birth of Job's ~~dead~~ children, ensuring that they arrive pre-shoed. Aziraphale laments his lie, but Crowley admits him to the taking your own side club, which is probably a nice hue of silver...

2x02 The Clue

*Deep breath*... "Spacemonkey", Jack gives Daniel a prison makeover, hugs in the closet, Daniel checking Jack for gaping holes on the ramp, Daniel holding Jack with an arrow to the ~~knee~~ arm, Daniel being the only one who can communicate with Jack, "Are you you? ...Yeah, you? ...What?", all the eye fucking, "It's obvious there's something wrong with us... physically", "There's nothing wrong with you" , standing so damn close, and ...THEY WERE INSIDE EACH OTHER... *exhales*

Crowley, with a little help from Aziraphale, brings the universe into existence, according to God's plan, but soon discovers that it is all for nought and that anyone with an ego and an agenda doesn't want you asking questions... Unfortunately, Aziraphale can do nothing butt when Gabriel pays him a little visit, and together Aziraphale and Crowley play hide the angel... (not like that... yet... maybe) ... by their powers combined. Also, there is dancing, and lesbians, and frozen peas...

2x01 The Arrival

What's that? Made some slashy icons for every episode of SG-1 that Jack and Daniel were in together (~~even when they didn't share a single scene~~) seventeen years after the show finished? What? Maybe include their eps of SGA and SGU? And? And the movies? Even Chickenman and hai...? Why? Why not? No one uses them anymo... what do you mean, cry for attention?

...I did a thing... season 1 (plus the original movie) *sigh*

The Celestial Toymaker is back, minus the racist connotations, now he is just plain racist... He turns the world into a giant Karen, inciting a red head conspiracy (Doctor still jelly...), and invites the doctor into a game of hide and seek in the past, but there's nowhere to hide... from his past... Back in the present, the Doctor comments on the Toymaker's um, proportion, and with all the subtlety his could muster, the Toymaker shoots a big ol' pulsing, red laser beam right up into the Doctor, causing him to bi-generate (fluid AF, Doc!) and the two Doctors prove equally efficient (and beautiful) enough to kick his ass, thus the Toymaker is boxed up, to be stored with everything else the Doctor has never emotionally processed. The Doctors allow themselves to love (where's the fic, peeps?), and 14 retires to work on his shit, and be happy, while 15 readies himself to tear up at a moment's notice over the healing of his repressed trauma... also he's off to the club, woop, woop! (spoilers!) And, the Master got stole...

14x03 The Giggle

Note: This is where I will be finishing up my episodic Doctor Who icons. I will still be completing Jodie's run, and I am loving Ncuti's Doctor, but the recent arc, not so much. I may do the episode Rogue, because Doctor/Rogue was *FAB*, and I will of course be happy to do anything during his run that is requested also, if/when caps become available from other sources, since a certain mouse eared corporation is making it extremely difficult for us to spread the love...

On a cruise, reminiscent of my past con going days, Lisa and Taika investigate the dollicide of Jeff Albertson's belovedly clawed toy. The first fanboy ever to experience consequences to his overbearing opinions and their impacts, Jeff hides in the only place counter-intuitive to his programming. Meanwhile, Lisa's inquisitiveness, and Taika's rakish smirking while playing every one of his characters at once do little to narrow the list of suspects. In an attempt to further alienate Aussie and Kiwi viewers under the guise of Americans not being able to tell the difference anyway, the entire plot unravels due to Vegemite, which puts a smile on almost every cheek... This episode was brought to you by the letter U... Vive la Fred and Jimothy!

35x09 Murder, She Boat

Well, I have been a right lazy fan, and haven't complied a yearly round up for a good while now. Maybe I felt I hadn't been prolific enough to bother. Ah well, let's see what the past year looked like...

I have also been going back, and reuploading a bunch of my icons that were lost back in the day when tinypic disappeared without a trace. I have put everything back up so far back as 2012 except for a couple of MacGyver episodes since they seem to have disappeared from my hard drive, and no luck with the wayback machine. *sigh* You can see them all under the icon tag here.

Oh yeah, I also gave this journal a new layout, colours, header, background, yadda, which I *hate* because Dreamwidth code usability is still a bit not good. Oh well, I hope someone likes the shiny. On to 2024!

The Doctor and Donna crash into history, imposing upon the mavity of the situation... before heading off in the Tardis that it still a little bit explody. They end up wedged in a spaceship on the edge of the universe, and while taking a look around, the Tardis takes off to sulk. On board, the Doctor and Donna befriend a robot, and drive an anti-mavity cart, and... run into evil versions of themselves intent on taking over the universe! Dun dun dun! The Doctor's quick thinking - or lack thereof is an attempt to save the day, but the Tardis drags its ass back to rescue them... Back on Earth, the human race has turned into the comments section from any social media platform, ahhhh...

14x02 Wild Blue Yonder

The crew decide to retire Ed, again, and he heads off, sans sammie, and meets up with more unstable old friends, Anne & Mary... and Stede, again. They all have a shitty dinner together replete with poison, stabbings, and betrayal. Meanwhile, the crew is all back together and work through a little trauma and PTSD, but are interrupted by Izzy's unicorn reno, so they unanimously decide on a new one... Back on land, Ed & Stede get a glimpse at a possible future if they don't work their shit out, have a moment, and fuck off out of the fire. Also, Buttons' avian transmogrification spell is a success, though the mechanics of his physical love for the sea remain a mystery...

2x04 Fun & Games

The Doctor takes his new face out for a spin in Camden (the absolutely best place to go to avoid the one person who is not allowed to see said face), when he runs into... the one person who is not allowed to see said face.... and her daughter... and some eyes. Their reunion is cut short however, when the pesky Meep decides to crash land on Earth. After catching a lift with Donna's beau, the Doc sneaks around Unit... sneakily, but still manages to make friends with Shirley (why they no give her dalek tech to get up them stairs?). The Doc then catches another lift back to Donna's place, because the Meep and Rose are reenacting ET. After getting real about aliens and pronouns, they escape to the Doctor's trial by fire *pew pew*, and the Meep inexplicably keeps everyone alive... Giving the Doctor and Donna (and the DoctorDonna) a chance to save the day!

14x01 The Star Beast

~~Sergeant Maaka~~ I mean, John Bartholomew joins Zheng's merry misfits before they happen upon The Revenge! Stede is somewhat eager to return and takes flight overboard... perhaps in practice for later events? There, he finds the crew, ~~not Olivia~~ and no answers. Meanwhile, Ed washes up in the Gravy Basket to torture himself, but not before soup, shoes, and playing house (soon, m'dear). Auntie discovers the crew's mutiny (and Ed's body), so Stede has to save everyone's asses before bringing Ed back to life with his amazing murmuring... I mean, mermaid skills... Towels, anyone?

2x03 The Innkeeper

Ed plays with his toys, alone in his room. Meanwhile Stede et al find a new queen. Lucius comes back from the dead (mentally devastated of course (RIP Pepper)). Jim and Archie play doctor for Izzy because he is their dick (and ours *g*), although Blackbeard discovers him secreted away, and needs him for one last job... but Izzy decides to retire instead. So Ed lets nature take its course on his crazy ass, and the crew has to maybe mutiny a little, just a little...

2x02 Red Flags

This season starts off with Stede's fantasies being a bit on the nose, while he and the crew try their hand at the hospitality business, and meet Ricky... also on the nose... Meanwhile, Blackbeard continues to destroy all forms of love (it was an arranged marriage, bro), as well as the psyches of his crew, and he and Izzy break up. After Jackie steals their shit, Stede et al. steal her shit back, which turns out to be some pricey blue shit, but Olu's new very special close friend, Susan, decides to buy her out...

Ed pines for Stede by eating his feelings, and then spewing them out in song with the crew. Olu and Jim miss Ed's concert because they boink, but Lucius is there to witness all because he is entirely unfamiliar with the door sock. For this transgression he is tossed overboard... yeah? Meanwhile, Stede's miserably slow ass has an epiphany, and he pulls another fuckery where he is attacked by pussy, post chaise, and piano to fake his death, so he is free to return to Ed. Unfortunately, Izzy threatens Ed with his internalised homophobic hyper toxic masculinity bullshit, and Blackbeard must protect Ed to survive - head and heart...

1x10 Wherever You Go, There You Are

Because holy dickballs, how could I not!?!?! Obviously this post contains spoilers, vampire clowns, big fucking gay angst, heartbreakingly perverse use of wedding cake toppers, and shirtless queer icon, Con O'Neill. :P

There is also some poster, and Vanity Fair pics too because why not, aye?

Ed and Stede attempt to save each other's asses (and other bits) in a somewhat graceful fashion, and Stede levels up his pirate status due to Lucius' excellent record keeping/fan fiction. Chauncey gets stacks on, presumable by a group of great foppin' twats (more vag on the high seas next season, aye!), and Ed and Stede end up as 'wayward seamen' back in Barbados. Once there, they have a Beach Moment™, and attempt to plan out the rest of their lives together under clouds of apprehension and regret. That night, Stede is kidnapped by a cockeyed Chauncey, who kinda ends up cockeye-ing himself, sending Stede into a spiral, and off 'home'... leaving his baby girl to do all the rowing!

1x09 Act Of Grace

Calico Jack arrives in the middle of the night to perv on Buttons, and whip up some toxic masculinity all over the ship. Meanwhile, Jim attempts their revenge once more, but ends up Dr Phil-ing it with Spanish Jackie, who is wise beyond her years... The crew go to Blind Man's Cove for yardies, whippies, and... stabbies? But Stede is over Ed's echopraxic relationship with Jack, and they break up. However, Ed comes back when Jack is canon-balled for being a dickbutt, and gets himself arrested with Stede by the English, who carry flags from the future! At least they got to play footsies...
