SG-1 meet up with some amazon jaffa ladies who may or may not be intent on bedding 3 out of 4 of our heroes (silly Christopher Judge forgot the lesbian jaffa fun!). Once at their camp, Sam is taken inside a tent (maybe he didn't forget after all...) where she offers tretonin in lieu of stealing snakes from other jaffa (...aww). Outside, Jack muses about his snake, Daniel figures the best way to take Jack's mind off things, and Teal'c decides to get real friendly with the natives. Jack and Sam take some jaffa ladies back to Earth while Daniel is faced with never needing his glasses again, if only symbiotes were his prescription. Jaffa catfight ensues before everyone finally settles on giving the drugs a go and Daniel finds himself yet another alien admirer...

My absolute favorite part of this ep is Daniel's conversation with the girl, especially if you watch the DVD extra. They talk about the trouble she was having and how patient MS was with her, working with her to get the scene right. Sweet.

It's on the DVD commentaries. Director Peter Woeste and Director of Photography Jim Menard are talking about the young actress, who had some film experience but how in these kinds of scenes, it always falls to the more experienced performer to 'carry' the scene. And how MS said 'let me just sit down and talk with her and see how it goes'.
