What one does when one *should* be updating one's portfolio...

This one took about 7-8 hours. Daniel looks a little like he's plotting murder, but eh, what can you do? Maybe someone hurt his Jack!woobie and he's comforting him/plotting revenge?

It looks amazing, especially the hair on both of them and i think you got Jack's nose perfectly.

I'm lol@your plotting revenge thing. I thought he was standing at attention at first & then I noticed where his arm was going, hehe.

I am pleased with the hair. Jack's should have a little more contrast to distinguish the grey, but oh well. Jack's nose is tricky, because it can be blocked in as a triangle, but you have to emphasis the curve of the nasal ala or it can look more cartoonish.

I will have to grab a copy of the SGU DVDs when they get released here so I know what the hell is going on with our boys nowadays.

Their choice of wardrobe comes courtesy of the screencaps I drew them from. I am hopeless trying to draw from memory, I really need to have a nice long gawk at my subject matter. :P

Thanks hon! There's tons more steps, but we'd be here forever. :P I really love those videos on You Tube where artists record their desktops while they make a piece and speed it up so you can watch hours of work in a matter of minutes.

gorgeous!! I love that you also showed us the progress to it... though instead of protection, what I see is Jack who just can't get enough of smelling Daniel, and Daniel is stoically taking it, because seriously, the one millionth time he's sniffed, he's bound to just accept Jack's obsession and deal with it!
